How do you ship?
We ship through USPS ground shipping. It typically takes 6-9 business days to arrive. At this time we are unable to offer 2nd day or overnight options.
What if I want to return my order?
Use any of the following options to return your All Things Country merchandise purchased online:
1. Securely package your return including the Return Form, and send to:

You pay for postage at the point of return.
2. Bring your items back to our store. We will refund your order by credit card, check, store credit, or as a gift certificate, as you choose. If you are returning a gift, please include the purchaser’s name and address along with your return. Please indicate whether you would like to exchange the merchandise or receive a refund.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Call us at 877-208-5795 to let us know of the problem and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Then follow the above steps for a normal return. The return shipping is on us.
What if I’m not comfortable placing an order online?
If you are out of the area and would still like to place an order with us, simply call us at 877-208-5795. Our friendly staff will assist you in making your purchase. But if you’re in the Maryland area, please drop by the store. We’re open seven days a week, Mon-Sat 10am – 6pm, and Sun 12pm – 5pm. Or call to place an order.
